Fun! I love the idea and the art work. Not all likeable characters but I think that's the point! I will be reading volume 2 for sure.

This is one of those slow-burn stories like Saga where you're watching events unfold but are piecing together a lot as you go. I really liked this and was sorry I had conflated this with Odys-C (or whatever it was) and thus avoided it like…

Set in modern times, twelve powerful immortal gods incarnate as humans causing disbelief and chaos in the streets. Will the masses disbelieve? Will they fall down and worship? Or will the masses try to slaughter them all? I'm not sure what…

This was definitely a graphic novel geared towards adults. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the story line and I enjoyed the characters a lot. Read this in basically one sitting. I tend to fly through manga and graphic novels when…

The story feels so confusing even if it has it's interesting moments. It breaks the pantheon god rule by adding Lucifer. Don't get me wrong, she is a interesting character. But mixing Lucifer, a fallen angel that's part of the modern…

Every 90 years Gods come to Earth and take the form of pop stars but they are only here for 2 years and then they die. This time though, a human has been killed by one of them and the who-done-it between the Gods begins. I do not read a…

The idea is cool, but it felt like I was reading the back description all over again, over the span of the entire book. I wish I could dive into it but I got bored of it quickly. The artwork is amazing however.

I read a lot of different genres, but if there's one thing that most people who know my reading habits know is that I absolutely am a sucker for stories that have different deities. As soon as I saw this at my local library, I knew I…

Every ninety years, the gods return to Earth in human form. They live fast, glamorous lives, and are dead within two years. This time, though, things go very wrong as one of the gods (Lucifer) is accused of murder. Kind of a cross…

I tried to make some sense of what the characters were talking about, but I quickly lost interest in the so-called "story. The artwork was great though, so the single star that I am giving it goes to that and to that alone.

This is an interesting take on Gods and mythology in a modern setting. I like that when the Gods return everyone knows about them and you have, essentially, two camps: those that follow and worship them (in the same light that people…

This is definitely an interesting concept. The gods are in constant rotation, very 90 years they are returned and given a few short years to play out their lives. They have a certain pop star like fame amongst the humans. The main story…

Good stuff. Pretty sweet premise, and the storyline didn't disappoint. The set of characters is pretty diverse as well, but not in an eager to please everyone way, which is always a plus in my book.
