Join Dr. Hazel Barton and Nancy Aulenbach as they travel to unique and forbidding ice caves in Greenland, underwater caves in the Yucatan, terrestrial caves in the Grand Canyon and other spectacular locations. For those compelled to push their limits in the world's most hostile environments, the risk of fatal danger and thrill of new discovery are the everyday factors that make cave exploration such an awe-inspiring experience.

This is a very well filmed documentary about caves and their newer methods and purposes of their exploration; one of the most important things cave explorers do is biology: one of the most interesting parts of the film was a map of the tree (should be bush) of life and where on it the new forms of life discovered in caves fits in. It is far too brief for the interest excited in the viewer. The narration is rather brief and so quiet that a good deal of cannot be heard clearly.

Really great sites and photography. My only complaint is, the voices are so low & soft-spoken, but the music is blaring (even more than usual).
