What a great reference book! A little clumsy to navigate, but entirely worth the effort if you want to learn (or confirm what you already know) about your dog's behaviors. With the help of this title, I feel much more confident in interpreting the subtle moods of my canine companions.

This is what you need to know to understand your dog at the highest possible level. I would only wish that the photos could be sharper with better lighting and clearer detail, though I understand that they are taken in "field" situations where the luxuries of studio-type photography are unavailable, as these behaviors are spontaneous rather than posed.
