Certainly a new writing style for Dean Koontz. I was not disappointed, I totally enjoyed every page. It's that kind of book where you are enjoying it you can't wait to get to the end to see what happens. Yet, you don't want it to end because you are enjoying it so much.

A disappointing one from an author I was begining to enjoy. Very slow - almost tedious from start to finish. Dont know what Koontz was thinking with this one ....

Very slow and not what I was expecting. I put it down after a few chapters and read the spoilers online.

Dean Koontz at his usual high level. The Brother Odd has been my favorite, but this tale is as complex and suspenseful as any I've read.

As with all of the books I have read by this author, the story starts out as boring and has more physical detail than I need to get the feel for the story line. As you get deeper into the book however, it gets harder to put it down because you want to know what comes next. I often have to refrain taking a peek at the ending...I don't want to spoil the very end of the story by knowing how it ends before I actually get there !!

I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to others.

Very surprisingly I got into this book early on but ultimatley did not like where the story went. And he happens to be one of my favorite authors

Very interesting ending - even though there were clues, I still wasn't expecting it.

Not bad- I enjoyed the twist at the end. Suspenseful as usual.
