Fall under Betty Grable's spell in this deliciously racy musical comedy about a woman who finds herself legally married to two men! Filmed in 1955, Three for the show raises eyebrows even today!

GREAT 1955 musical with terrific star Betty Grable, and in fun to see larger roles with more acting, not just dancing than typical, the fabulous Champion dancers, husband and wife Gower and Marge Champion. I've become a big fan of little 5'2" Marge Champion and I was happy to see her get more screen time. Gower is quite handsome and does an excellent job portraying one of the two men along with Jack Lemmon competing for Betty Grable's affection after they discover they are both married to her after first husband was mistakenly thought killed in action during WWII and she then married again.
The film is based on an 1919 story by W. Somerset Maughan 'Home and Beauty' which was renamed 'Too Many Husbands' when it moved to Broadway, and then 'Three for the Show' for this film version.
Several fun and well-staged dance numbers with great songs by George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Hoagy Carmichael.
