Great Italian recipes for vegans... great for hosting dinners with non vegans as well

Didn't get to every recipe in the book BUT every recipe that we did try was followed exactly and our family LOVES! Her Italian salad is a family favorite!

This is a fabulous cookbook! It isn't often that I want to make EVERY recipe. I'll be purchasing a copy for my personal cookbook collection.
