Add a CommentAn excellent documentary about typewriters and how they are being reinvented in various ways by talented people. A touching story.
This documentary is one of the better movies I've seen recently. Typewriter enthusiasts are interviewed, and more coverage is given to a collector, the crew at the California Typewriter shop and an artist who turns typewriter parts into sculptures. I found the shop and artist segments to be the most interesting. The California Typewriter team loves what they do. I hope the shop thrives and they are able to continue their work.
An excellent and very thoughtful look at a great machine - the typewriter. How different people use it, and how it may still have a place in our electronic world.
