A manhunt for cop-killers in New York leads to the whole island being locked down. A detective with kills on his record is recruited, by name, to lead the investigation. The goal is to kill the cop-killers, not bring them to justice, but why?

This crime drama is very exciting and worth the watch despite some over-the-top power move by law enforcement.

A suspenseful/gripping crime thriller.

This was an exciting movie. I loved the action scenes. The premise was a bit far fetched but it was enjoyable.

Not bad, but it felt more like an extended TV drama that a feature film.

Fast police action that results in several deaths and an incarceration for corruption in the drug trade.

I think the pace is rather slow and monotone revolving around two fugitives and police chase with additional dirty police play. The plot is very clear where it goes. Predictable. The characters do not develop much. It gets more exciting near the end during the chase at the subway. Then again the final part is dragging. It’s an ok movie not great.

This is a wonderful movie. There are a couple of twists in the movie and ignore the comment about how the music drowns out the actors talking, it doesn’t. You can hear the actors throughout the entire movie. I’m very impressed with actors and the plot. Great movie! I highly recommend it!

Be sure to turn on the closed captioning since the music drowns out half of the dialogue. Not sure why this is the current trend, especially on action movies. But then again, about half of the talk isn’t that important to the plot. Bad cops do bad things but thankfully the only one with an ounce of integrity blasts in to save the world. It’s an o.k. movie — just a lot of tired old ideas revived yet again
