I saw the documentary and recommend seeing it first before reading the book and trying to get into recipes. This way of eating takes commitment. It is not easy, but worth it for your health. Homemade smoothies with fruits and veggies would be a good way to start I think. Unhealthy fast food and meat is easy. This way of eating is not meant to be easy. It takes time to eat healthy. It would have been nice to have pictures in the book. I am sure there are other books with pictures to go with the recipes.
