This is a book of woo and garbage. It is selling pop enlightenment, and I'm not buying. I love the novel Ishmael by Daniel Quinn and people who love The Celestine Prophecy seem to think that Ishmael and the Celestine Prophecy are making the same point. They aren't. The Celestine Prophecy is trite warmed over Oprah bait for people who want to feel spiritual but don't like religion. There is nothing valid here, and much that is actively deceitful. Avoid this book.
