I own this book and it's one of my most common go-to books. There are a lot of yummy recipes in it, from "mango fire and ice" frozen desert to a pear-walnut-raspberry salad. One word of warning is that a lot of these recipes use soy, avocados and bananas, so if you're trying to avoid those foods you'll have to pick through the recipes a bit.
