I gave this book two stars because I found it confusing to follow as the author flitted back and forth between quarterbacking the missteps and wrong turns of her 2016 presidential campaign, her family life and self-care, and what the Democratic Party needs to do to win future elections. Clinton is very upfront about her mistakes and how the Democratic Party ran a traditional campaign against a very nontraditional Republican Party candidate. I also gave the book two stars because I got tired and annoyed at hearing the same points hammered over and over again. My husband might be right when he commented that the book must have been written by Clinton's speechwriters after hearing the same points mentioned for the fourth time. As the book neared the end, I felt the author's tone becoming more shrill and righteous.
